The Difference
Why Motion Luxury Floor
A floor is the one surface in a home that is touched every single day. We treat it that way — measured, prepared, and installed with the discipline of finish carpentry rather than the speed of volume work.
- Craft
Premium Craftsmanship
Every board is racked, scribed and set by hand. We work to finish-carpentry tolerances, so seams stay tight, transitions stay level, and the floor still reads flat under raking light years from now.
- Subfloor levelled before the first board goes down
- Seams and transitions cut on site, never forced
- Each room racked for grain, tone and board length
Flatness±1 mm - Pricing
Honest Pricing
One written estimate, itemised line by line, priced from a floor we have actually measured. What we quote is what you pay — and if something unexpected turns up underfoot, you hear about it before we touch it.
- Measured on site, never guessed over the phone
- Materials, labour and prep priced separately
- No change to the total without your sign-off

Reliable Scheduling
A start date you can plan a household around. We arrive when we said we would, protect every room we pass through, and hand the space back swept, trimmed and ready to live on.
- Confirmed start date, held to the day
- Rooms masked and dust extracted while we work
- Site left broom-clean at the end of every day

About Us
Experience Behind Every Floor
Motion Luxury Floor was founded with one simple mission: deliver high-end flooring installations with exceptional craftsmanship and professional service.
Although Motion Luxury Floor is a new brand in the St. Louis market, its foundation is built on years of hands-on experience. Before launching the company, our founder gained valuable experience working with respected flooring professionals, including Hardwood Pro and Nunes & Milster Flooring, while also owning and operating One Remodeling in Florida.
A floor is the one surface everyone in the house touches every day. It should be the last thing they ever think about.
Across residential remodeling and flooring projects, we’ve developed the attention to detail, installation techniques, and customer-first approach that homeowners expect from experienced professionals.
Today, Motion Luxury Floor brings that same level of craftsmanship to every project, whether it’s a single room or a complete home renovation.
